The Configuration Wizard is installed onto a maintenance PC running Microsoft® Windows®, Vista (Business or Ultimate), Windows 7 (Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise), Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating system.
You download the Configuration Wizard software from Mitel Online and install it on a maintenance PC:
Log on to Mitel OnLine.
Click Technical and then click Software Downloads
For 3300 ICP systems, click MiVoice Business.
For MiCollab systems , click MiCollab.
Click the MiCW software link. Ensure that you select the correct version of software for your software release.
Download the file to your PC hard drive.
Double-click the executable file and follow the prompts to install the software.
After the install on a Windows 7 PC, there is sometimes a 'Program Compatibility Assistant' dialog box that prompts you to
reinstall using recommended settings, or
confirm that the program installed correctly.
Select 'The program installed correctly'.
